3. Studio Services

3.1 Booking and Payment

To book our recording services, you must complete a booking request through our website or by contacting us directly at (615) 253-4000 or [email protected]. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sonic Sanctuary Studios. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Sonic Sanctuary Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.

3.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all Content provided to Sonic Sanctuary Studios. However, by using our services, you grant Sonic Sanctuary Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Content for the purpose of providing the Services. Sonic Sanctuary Studios will not use your Content for any other purpose without your prior written consent.

3.4 Liability for Content

You are solely responsible for the Content you provide to Sonic Sanctuary Studios. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize Sonic Sanctuary Studios to use the Content in connection with the Services. 3.5 Studio Policies

The following policies apply to all studio sessions:

• No smoking is allowed inside the studio.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. Sonic Sanctuary Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
• Clients are expected to treat the studio equipment and facilities with respect. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by a client will be the client's responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
• Session times are strictly adhered to. Overtime will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all session participants are aware of and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sonic Sanctuary Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Sonic Sanctuary Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonic Sanctuary Studios, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
